Michael Aghvami

Founder and CEO

Michael Aghvami, Founder and CEO, is a medical doctor from Europe. He is ECFMG certified in the United States. He has over a decade of experience in clinical services and in the field of sleep medicine. He is an accomplished health care executive and clinician instrumental in the development of ground-breaking integrated care management systems and operations.

A recognized leader as well as team player and well-respected manager with a unique understanding of the changing dynamics and complexities of the health care industry and the patient/consumer experience. He has an extensive record of progressive experience in both clinical and business settings and possesses outstanding and diverse skills and a strong outcome and bottom-line orientation. He has an extensive background in medical research and has participated in several studies.

He oversees the organization and operation of the studies and is directly involved in training. He keeps current with all the rules and regulations pertaining to medical services and makes certain that they are implemented correctly.

Michael Littner, M.D.

Medical Director

Michael Littner, M.D. was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada and graduated from the University of Toronto School of Medicine. He completed a year of internship in Toronto and moved to Los Angeles where he completed a residency at Kaiser Sunset Foundation Hospital in Internal Medicine, and a Pulmonary Fellowship at UCLA Medical Center.

Dr. Littner is Board certified in Sleep Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical care. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and has served as the as Chair of the Standards of Practice Committee of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) from 1999 to 2003 and is currently a member of the Academic Affairs Committee of the AASM and is also a member until June 2014 of the Program Committee for the Associated Professional Sleep Societies (APSS) annual meeting.

Dr. Littner received the Excellence in Education award from AASM in 2008 and is an Emeritus Professor of Medicine at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

Dr. Littner has been published in numerous prestigious medical publication and is a leading figure in the field of Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Littner lives in Los Angeles with his lovely wife. They have two wonderful sons.

Masoud Sadighpour, M.D.

Associate Medical Director

Masoud Sadighpour, M.D. is a Board Certified Internist and Diplomate in Sleep Medicine. His background in Medicine is expansive and varied, providing him a unique perspective into a wide scope of internal health issues.

He is fully trained in Diagnostic Radiology, spending one year as a clinical fellow in Neuroradiology at Long Island Jewish Hospital in New York. This position led to a three year residency in Internal Medicine. Ultimately, he found his passion in helping people who suffer from sleep disorders while practicing as a fellow in Sleep Medicine at Capital Health System in New Jersey.

He currently lives with his wife of 30 years in West Los Angeles.

Khashayar Sadeghi, D.C.

Dr. Khashayar Sadeghi with an engineering background learned about chiropractic more than 25 years ago.

Upon graduation from Palmer college of chiropractic west started a practice that has seen over 50,000 patients and has performed over one million chiropractic adjustments, as a founder and senior chiropractor being part of a sports medicine group treating various musculoskeletal injuries with the needed comprehensive rehabilitation programs, also treating arthritic diseases for pain reduction and increase mobility, and Presently joining the team at MedNet to establish a chiropractic department created for wellness.

Dr. Sung Won Han

Sung Won Han is a licensed Acupuncturist and has a Masters in Oriental Medicine. He graduated from South Baylo University in Anaheim, California. Dr. Han's prior undergraduate studied in Korea includes English literature and Biology.

Dr. Han's passion is to help people achieve optimum health in order to live life to the fullest. Over the years, Dr. Han has successfully helped thousands of patients suffering from a variety of pain conditions including sports/auto injuries as well as other health conditions such as anxiety, stress, insomnia, compromised immune system, depression, hormonal imbalances, infertility, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, stroke and digestive issues.

Dr. Han was a professor after the Masters program at South Baylo University where he completed his extensive internship at the South Baylo clinic and Oriental Herbal pharmacy. Utilizing his exceptional diagnostic skills and experience, Dr. Han continues to treat patients at multiple clinics throughout LA and Orange County and is also working in a South Baylo University clinic as a Herbal pharmacy Supervisor.

Jitka Zavadilova

Registered Nurse

Jitka Zavadilova was born in The Czech Republic where she became a registered nurse and worked at the University Hospital of Olomouc for two years where she was directly involved in patient care. She furthered her experience in patient care spending three years as the registered nurse applying I.V. and overseeing deliveries of medications at University Hospital of Zin.

Jitka moved to Los Angeles in 2006 where she started working in a Cosmetic dermatology office in Beverly Hills. During this time she took the appropriate courses and passed the state test and became a licensed registered nurse in California. Jitka has joined the staff at MedNet Aesthetic Center where she utilizes her extensive experience in Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatment for face and body contouring.

She is a compassionate and caring person and spends a lot of time to assure the patients’ comfort during the procedures. Jitka enjoys living in Los Angeles.
